Ficou muito aquém do esperado, ainda bem que nao fui em Agosto senão ia odiar ainda mais.
De ter várias atividades durante o dia e das piscinas
Várias coisas: 1 o quarto não era limpo quando pedido as housekeep, não mudavam os lençóis nem limpavam o chão. apenas trocavam os toalhas. 2 nos buffets tinha várias vezes comida com bolor e podre. A saber mal, com pouca variedade de comida. A comida ficava super aquém do esperado, sempre a mesma coisa sem variedade. 3 Os horários das piscinas e do bar de comida fecharem as 18h 4 A comida do bar da piscinas era sempre igual: hambúrguer, batata frita, cachorro, pizzas, etc.

Não voltaria a este hotel. Experiência má.
Gostei das instalações, da vista do quarto e da localização.
Não gostei da limpeza, que era muito deficiente. A camas eram mal feitas e ficava lixo no chão. Detestei o atendimento na sala de refeições. Empregadas jovens, que não sabiam dar qualquer indicação, não falavam inglês e, pasme-se, entendiam mal o castelhano ! Limpavam as mesas com pano que tiravam do bolso, empurrando migalhas e outros detritos para o chão !! Ao porem talheres nas mesas, pegavam-nos pela parte de inserir na boca !!! A comida era pouco variada e fraquinha.
